Plan your money with numbers, not guesswork
PaisaCalc is a free set of finance calculators built for India. Whether you’re working out how much your SIP could grow, comparing the old and new income-tax regimes, or checking whether prepaying your home loan is worth it, each tool gives you a clear number in seconds — plus a plain-English explanation of the concept behind it, worked examples, and the common mistakes to avoid.
The calculations that are pure mathematics — EMI, SIP, compound interest — are always accurate. The ones that depend on government policy — income-tax slabs, GST, EPF, PPF and small-savings rates — are kept current for FY 2025-26 (AY 2026-27) and re-verified against official sources after every Budget and each quarter. Every rate-driven tool shows the financial year it uses, so you always know the numbers are up to date. You can read exactly how we source and check them on our Editorial Policy page.
A quick note on how to read the results: they’re accurate estimates for planning, not personalised financial or tax advice. For a big decision — a large investment, a property purchase, or your tax filing — it’s worth confirming the details with a qualified professional.

Are these finance calculators really free?+
Yes — every calculator on PaisaCalc is completely free, with no sign-up, no login and no limit on how many times you use them. The site is supported by advertising, which is what keeps the tools free to use.
How up to date are the tax slabs and interest rates?+
We keep every policy rate — income-tax slabs, GST, EPF, PPF and small-savings rates — in a single source that we re-verify against official sources after each Union Budget and every quarter. Calculators default to FY 2025-26 (AY 2026-27). You can read the full process on our Editorial Policy page.
Which income tax regime should I choose — old or new?+
It depends on your deductions. The new regime (the default) has lower rates but almost no deductions; the old regime has higher rates but lets you claim 80C, HRA and home-loan interest. Our Income Tax Calculator computes both side by side and tells you which is cheaper for your exact numbers.
Do you store the numbers I enter?+
No. The calculations run entirely in your browser — the amounts you type are not sent to us or saved on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Can I rely on these results for filing taxes or big decisions?+
Treat the results as accurate estimates for planning, not as personal financial or tax advice. Real filings can involve surcharge, edge cases and details specific to you — for major decisions, confirm with a qualified professional.
